Romans 8:26-27 Amplified Bible

26 So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance.

27 And He Who searches the hearts of men knows what is in the mind of the [Holy] Spirit [what His intent is], because the Spirit intercedes and pleads [before God] in behalf of the saints according to and in harmony with God's will.(A)

Did you ever try to pray and it just seems like your prayers are just calling to the floor? Then there are other times when the words just won't come out. You are overcome with emotions or the words just don't seem to capture what is in our hearts. We can depend on the Holy Spirit for intercession. There are just some times when you have to just pray in the Holy Spirit. Thank God that the power of our prayers are not dependent on our words but by His grace by the intercession of the Holy Spirit!
The Holy Spirit teaches us to pray according to God's Will. It is a privilege to have the Spirit help us in prayer. The desire and hope in our hearts is offered to God in prayer and the Spirit groans and intercedes for us. Let us thank God today for His grace and the power of the Holy Spirit! He is truly an awesome God.

If you don't have a prayer language, just ask God to put the Holy Spirit in you. All you need to do is ask Him and then you have to act on it. When you first come a believer, you may have asked the Holy Spirit to help you stop using foul language. Then after that you may have needed him to teach you to not be so self-centered. It never ends. We always need more of the Spirit. That's what changes our hearts so we will stop being in the flesh and we are more like Christ's image. Prayer is so important;so the next time you just can't think of the words to express what is in your heart, just pray in the Spirit.
